Forest view from the balcony at sunset

Your Dresden assignment doesn't have to feel like work

A luxury 2-room apartment in Weißer Hirsch - Dresden's most prestigious neighborhood. Forest views, 15 minutes to the city, everything included. Available for 1-12 month stays.

Available from February 15, 2026 • €2,200/month all-inclusive • Minimum 1 month

The Difference

Not another city center apartment

Most furnished apartments in Dresden are squeezed into the busy city center - tourist noise, cramped buildings, concrete views. This is the opposite.

Why settle for a typical city center rental when you can have nature, quiet, and space - while still being close to everything that matters?

01

Nature at your doorstep

Wake up to forest views, not construction sites. The Dresdner Heide - one of Germany's largest urban forests - starts at your building. City center apartments offer street noise and Airbnb tourists.

02

Actually quiet

Weißer Hirsch is a residential district where professionals live, not a party zone with bars underneath. You'll sleep through the night - something you can't take for granted in the Neustadt.

03

Luxury that shows

Award-winning historic building, 65 m² with ceiling height and arched windows, premium finishes throughout. Not a generic IKEA-furnished box above a döner shop.

04

Surrounded by your peers

Your neighbors are doctors, professors, and business owners - not backpackers on a weekend trip. This is Dresden's most prestigious address for a reason.

05

Best of both worlds

15 minutes to work, 25 to city center culture - but you come home to peace and greenery. City center apartments force you to choose between convenience and quality of life.

This is where Dresden's professionals choose to live when they have the option. You're not here permanently - but that doesn't mean you should settle for less.

The Apartment

Designed for professionals who value their downtime

Spacious living room with arched windows
01

Space to Think

65 m² that actually feels like home

Two full rooms plus a west-facing balcony. Ceiling height and arched windows make it feel even larger. A proper living room for relaxing, a separate bedroom for actual rest - this isn't a hotel room where you're living out of a suitcase.

Living room view showing entertainment setup
02

Built for Focus

1,000 Mbps fiber internet

Faster than most offices. Video calls, large file transfers, streaming - it just works. No throttling, no surprises.

Comfortable bedroom with quality linens
03

Comfort That Matters

Underfloor heating, ceiling fan, washer-dryer

The details you don't appreciate until you're stuck without them. Winter? Consistently warm floors. Summer? Quiet cooling in the bedroom. Laundry? Handle it on your schedule.

Elegant bathroom with modern finishes
04

Premium Finishes

Completed 2015, luxury standard

Top-brand finishes throughout: USM Haller sideboard, Samsung 65" display, Siemens kitchen equipment. Elegant bathroom with both shower and bathtub, proper closet space, quality linens.

Location

Weißer Hirsch: Where Dresden's professionals choose to live

Location is everything for temporary assignments. Too central and you're surrounded by tourists. Too suburban and you're isolated.

Weißer Hirsch is the rare middle ground - Dresden's most prestigious residential district.

The forest literally starts at your door

Dresdner Heide (one of Germany's largest urban forests) is your backyard. Morning runs, evening walks, mental reset breaks - without getting in a car.

15 minutes to work, 25 minutes to culture

Tram line 11 is a 3-minute walk. Neustadt station in 15 minutes, city center in 25. Easy enough to commute, far enough to disconnect.

Everything you need within walking distance

Restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, tennis court - you can live here without feeling like you're "staying" somewhere.

The neighborhood itself is an attraction

Named "Germany's Most Beautiful Residential Complex" in 2017. Historic villas, Luisenhof restaurant with panoramic city views, the famous funicular railway to the Elbe.

2017 Award

Dr. Lahmann Park - Germany's Most Beautiful Residential Complex 2017

Your apartment is in the Herrenbad, the main historic building of the former Lahmann Sanatorium and the centerpiece that won this prestigious award. Completely redeveloped in 2015.

The Space

What you're actually getting

Living Room

Floor-to-ceiling arched windows. Southwest-facing balcony with forest views. Comfortable sofa for reading or the 65" flat-screen with premium sound system for movie nights. Fast WiFi reaches every corner. This is your "off work" headquarters.

Kitchen

Fully equipped, not "basically equipped." Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, full set of cookware and dishes. You can actually cook here if you want to - or just make coffee and order in.

Bedroom

Double bed, large wardrobe with provided linens, blackout-capable for sleep quality. Ceiling fan for summer nights. Quiet - the kind of quiet you can't get in hotels near train stations.

Bathroom

Shower and bathtub because sometimes you want a quick rinse, sometimes you need to soak away a hard week. Combined washer-dryer so you're never hunting for a laundromat.

Balcony

Your actual outdoor space. Southwest-facing means afternoon and evening sun. Forest view means privacy and greenery. Morning coffee, evening wine, weekend book - this is where you'll spend more time than you expect.
